Long-term accommodation

Once again, we offer long-term accommodation for companies and individual clients for at least 1 month - 6 months (for now until the end of March 2023). Room prices range from 14,500 - 20,500 CZK including VAT / month depending on the type and size of the room and are final, including all services (water, electricity, gas).

The price includes full equipment of the hotel room, internet connection, TV, blanket with pillow + 1 towel / 1x bath towel / per person.

Room cleaning takes place once a week / change of bed linen and towels once a month.

WITHOUT BREAKFAST - Option to purchase hotel breakfast for CZK 250 / need to be notified in advance.

We will provide extra room cleaning for a fee.

All rooms are NON-SMOKING, the prices are final with VAT included.
